of products online. You will first have to select a particular
product, the picture of that product will appear along with its
descriptions (short and extended), your price, inventory of that
product in every warehouse, and its MSDS sheet (where applicable). |

| Yes, you can search for an
individual item by simply typing in a short description of the item,
by typing in the product SKU number, by typing in its manufacturer or
by selecting a category. Our category search is set up so that you
would first select from the main category, i.e. Chemicals, then select
a sub-category, i.e. Air Sanitizers. |

| LagasseSweet has an
E-Commerce Database CD that contains the pricing and text from the
catalog, as well as the images, and it is specifically designed for
internet use. There is an annual charge of $50 for the CD. The CD
contains the following: Excel product information sheet showing all
items from the catalog, their descriptions, unit of measure, as well
as list price and the regular distributor price for each product;
large and small images from the catalog, suitable for use on a
website; manufacturer logos, and other product information. |

order placed in our system, whether the order was placed through our
Customer Service Department, our Fax Team or our website. Looking up
an order will show you the order’s status (ordered, shipped, invoiced)
as well as which items, if any, were placed on back order. |
