How do I become a LagasseSweet customer?
Please keep in mind that LagasseSweet is a wholesale distributor; we do not sell to end-users. However, if you are an end-user please feel free to contact us as we can put you in touch with a seller in your area. To become a LagasseSweet customer we will need your Resale (Tax Exemption) certificate from the State Department of Revenue as well as the other required forms from our Set Up Account page.
Does LagasseSweet sell to end-users?
No, LagasseSweet is strictly a wholesale company.  We sell only to distributors.  However, if you are an end-user please feel free to contact us as we can put you in touch with a seller in your area.
How do I contact LagasseSweet?

What if I need assistance placing an online order?

Can I view pictures of products while shopping?
Yes, you can view pictures of products online.  You will first have to select a particular product, the picture of that product will appear along with its descriptions (short and extended), your price, inventory of that product in every warehouse, and its MSDS sheet (where applicable).
Can I search for individual products?
Yes, you can search for an individual item by simply typing in a short description of the item, by typing in the product SKU number, by typing in its manufacturer or by selecting a category. Our category search is set up so that you would first select from the main category, i.e. Chemicals, then select a sub-category, i.e. Air Sanitizers.
How can I get pictures of LagasseSweet items to use on my website?
LagasseSweet has an E-Commerce Database CD that contains the pricing and text from the catalog, as well as the images, and it is specifically designed for internet use. There is an annual charge of $50 for the CD. The CD contains the following: Excel product information sheet showing all items from the catalog, their descriptions, unit of measure, as well as list price and the regular distributor price for each product; large and small images from the catalog, suitable for use on a website; manufacturer logos, and other product information.
Can I view my prices online?
Yes, all prices shown online will be your price!  In fact, you even have the ability to download an Excel spreadsheet of you entire price list from our Tools and Reports section!
Can I view my statements online?
Yes, you will have the ability to view a summary of your account as well as look at specific invoices and their status.
Can I keep a shopping list open between sessions?
Yes, you can start multiple orders and keep them going until you decide to place them!
Can I lookup my orders?
Yes, you can look up any order placed in our system, whether the order was placed through our Customer Service Department, our Fax Team or our website. Looking up an order will show you the order’s status (ordered, shipped, invoiced) as well as which items, if any, were placed on back order.
Can I check inventory for a particular product?
Yes, once you have selected a particular product, the picture of that product will appear along with its descriptions (short and extended), your price, inventory of that product in your default warehouse, and its MSDS sheet (where applicable). You can also search inventory at all warehouses or warehouses closest to your zip code through the “Check Inventory” tool.
